Enabling employees at all levels to contribute to the best of their ability is not the duty of any good employer, it also makes perfect business sense.
To reach our ambition, we need talents, we need you. That is why we have developed the Business Leader Program and the Group Engineer Program.
The Business Leader Program is aimed at graduates with MBAs or other functional Masters degrees, after having gained also valuable experience: typically you bring with your MBA at least three years' proven managerial experience within your chosen function (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, Performance Enhancement, Human Resources).
You will follow a specific career path. With two assignments (one in a developed market and another one in an emerging market), you will have a truly international exposure. That is why you need to be mobile, open minded and ready for big challenges.
The Group Engineer will typically be hired after finishing the complete study of Engineer at one of the leading Universities identified by the Group. However, if you have already some experience, you are also welcome to apply to this program. After a training period of one year normally in your home country, you will be given an assignment in another country, according to the companys workforce planning. We ask you to be globally mobile, open minded and not to be afraid of working in sometimes difficult environments. Speaking at least two languages (including English) you also need an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to transfer your knowledge and skills to others.
By joining ArcelorMittal, you will be involved in a truly global company that is transforming the steel industry.
