Trelleborg continuously runs trainee programs for young professionals with a bachelor degree in engineering. A new program will start in October 2010, and runs for 18 months until March 2012.

Trainees are provided with an employment contract. The program will take each trainee to several different Trelleborg sites. Project work is conducted in phases. Each trainee participant will have a dedicated mentor throughout the program.
